As a business, we believe that we have responsibilities towards our society & environment. Thats why The knight printing has taken an initiative to donate regularly to selected charity and environment protection organisations like: Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity – Helping Children with critical illness in the UK. Save the Children – Helping Children around the globe with food, clean water, education, health care. Centre Point – working with homeless young people, aged 16-25 years in the UK. WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature) – Working for wilderness preservation. Woodland Trust – UK forest preservation and World Land Trust – Works on a global scale to preserve forest and protect wildlife. We are currently donating from the Directors fund and wish to get involved in a lot more charity work and fund raising activities in future.
We also care a great deal about where we are sourcing our materials from; hence we source FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) approved printing materials and print on a large number of recycled stock on demand to reduce the carbon footprint.
